WFH wellness tips during the pandemic. Working at home has always been something that people wanted to happen more often, until now when staying home is the only option. During this pandemic, I originally found myself waking up in my pajamas, and having snacks at my disposal while working. It sounded like the perfect mixture of ingredients to work from home. However, as time went on, I felt extreme fatigue with no sort of work- life balance. Like many, my thoughts, and actions, were solely consumed with work. Don’t get me wrong, high work performance is incredibly important, but so is our health. There were times where I would look up at the clock and realize I had been working all day. Eventually, I knew that my personal journey from working at home had to transform into one with a beneficial balance and overall well-being.
